1. After you log into your Integer account, click on "Email Addresses" on the left-hand side menu.


2. Click on the button that says "Request new Password" next to the email you want to reset the password for.

3. You will get a confirmation message saying that your request has been received by the Integer Support Team. Someone from our Support Team will send a new temporary password within one business day.

Please Note: The password provided by our support team is a temporary password and should immediately be changed. To change your email password, log into your webmail here with the temporary one that was given to you. Click "Settings Menu", and then "Personal Settings" and you will see an option to change your password.
Be sure to update any clients/coworkers that share that email address that the password has changed, so they can still access the email account.
