Reset an email address password

Forgot your email password? Not a problem! Here is how to get it reset!

1. After you log into your Practice Panda account, click on "Email Addresses" on the left-hand side menu.


โ€‹2. Click on the "Request new Password" button next to the email you want to reset the password for.

3. You'll get a confirmation message with a new randomly generated password.

NOTE The password provided is a temporary password and should immediately be changed.

To change your email password:

  • Sign into webmail here with your temporary password

  • Click "Settings", then "Password" and you will see an option to change your password.

Be sure to update any clients/coworkers that share that email address that the password has changed, so they can still access the email account.
