We understand that Tax and Accounting Professionals have many different options for website services and ours may not have been a perfect fit for your business. We are interested in hearing your opinions of your Integer experience – good, bad or indifferent.

If you want to cancel your subscription to Integer, please send our support team a message by going to the "Support" section in the member area and then clicking on "contact our support team with any questions". One of our Integer support team members will get back to you within one business day to assist you with your cancellation. 

If your domain name is currently managed by Integer, you may have the domain transferred out to the registrar of your choosing for a one-time fee of $59.00. If not, the domain will remain under the control of Integer until it reaches the expiration date. Upon Integer cancellation being finalized, all related domain email accounts will be disabled and the domain will not be renewed. At this point, the domain will default back to the pool of available domain names. Please note: You will not have access to any domain related email accounts once your cancellation is finalized. If you wish to have your domain transferred to another registrar, please let us know right away, so we can start the transfer process with you.

Once we receive your request to cancel (and have processed any domain transfers if requested), we will notify our billing office where they will process that request and make any necessary adjustments to your account status. They will then notify us that charges on your account have been stopped, after which we will disable access to the Integer member area, any email addresses you may have through us, and your My Firm Files account.
